Life-Experience Questionaire (LEQ)

The LEQ is a life experience questionnaire that was constructed specifically for the entry level healthcare position. This test assesses life experiences and perceptions and the person-job fit as they relate to the healthcare industry. This test also evaluates applicants on various work styles and characteristics necessary for success for the healthcare industry.

Validation study results have found a strong correlation between test scores and overall work performance.

The LEQ is a 50 question multiple choice test. The test is untimed and most applicants finish the test in about 20 minutes.

This is an excellent tool for assessing characteristics such as: ability to follow directions, decision making, occupational stress tolerance, and ability to work with a team.
